U.S. economy growing faster, but still struggling
I ain’t no economist, but as a business owner-I like to keep abreast of the global picture of the American economy. While I don’t have an M.B.A., I think it’s important to educate oneself on the topics of global and domestic finance. Although I may have to read things a few times over to really get the gist (‘a doi doi”), I am trying to educate myself on what’s going on out there with all the national/global cheddar.
Trust me when I say I’m not an expert on math and numbers. In fact, in college I almost got a D in “Linear Math and Probabilities,” because I’m no good at math (see the definition for “retaytay”); however, since my E.Q. is/was so swaudacious-I convinced my professor to let me take the class again and delete the other grade from my transcipt-calling it an “audit,” and I was able to retake the class again coming out with an A-.
Ultimately, my social skills far exceed my math skills, but my ability to read and process truths about the economy and understand basic numbers are acceptable enough for me to pass this information along to all of you so that you may process this as well. At the very least, it’s good to know about what’s going on with mortgage interest rates and G.D.P. and shit.
