I haven’t done yoga in over week. I ate cheeseburgers, pizza, and lasagna all week long, and it was worth every fucking pound.
At the same time, baby is about to be in NYC in less than a week, and now I have like 6 days to lose some major lbz.
So here I am-about to start my yoga class, practicing an Utthita Hasta Padangustasana (standing pose), and I’ve calculated that if I stand like this for the rest of the week up until I have to sit down in the plane-I can lose a solid 50. Wish me luck!
